What it does not cover
- New faults unrelated to the repair performed.
- Damage from misuse, overloading, incorrect installation, or lack of maintenance.
- Customer-supplied parts.
- Equipment modified or repaired by others after our visit.
How to claim
Call us with your job or invoice number. If the fault is within coverage, we return with no diagnostic fee and no labour charge inside the stated period.
