What we send
- Appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Notice that the technician is en route.
- Links to estimates and invoices.
- One review request after a completed job.
Frequency
Frequency varies with your job. Most customers receive between two and five messages per job.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. We do not charge for messages.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You can also call us and we will do it for you.
We do not send marketing messages outside 08:00–21:00 in your local time. Messages about your appointment and your invoice are transactional and are sent only in relation to work you requested.
Consent
Consent to receive messages is optional and separate; it is never a condition of receiving service. We store the date, time, and the exact consent text you agreed to.
