Diagnosis and price
The diagnostic fee is $65.00 and covers the trip and on-site diagnosis. It is credited toward the total if you approve the repair. Any price range shown on this site is an estimate, not a quote. You receive the price in writing before any work begins, and no work proceeds without your approval.
Licensing
Insured · Registered California LLC
California regulates appliance repair through the Bureau of Household Goods and Services. Where a Service Dealer registration applies to us, the number appears here, in the footer, and on every invoice.
Payment
Payment is due on the terms printed on the invoice. We accept card, ACH, cash, and check. Parts sold in a repair are subject to California sales tax; repair labour generally is not, and the invoice shows the taxable subtotal separately.
Cancellations
You can reschedule or cancel at no charge before the technician is dispatched. If the technician arrives and cannot access the equipment, the trip charge may apply.
Warranty
All parts and labor come with a 90-day warranty on repairs.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, call us first — most problems resolve in one call. If not, you may file a complaint with the California Contractors State License Board.
