This notice explains what information Fixable Appliance Company LLC collects, what we use it for, who we share it with, and what rights you have. It covers this website and our repair service.
Categories we collect
- Identifiers: name, service address, phone number, email address, IP address.
- Commercial information: job history, appliances, estimates, invoices, and payments.
- Internet activity: pages viewed, referral source, and campaign parameters, where you have consented.
- Content you submit: problem descriptions, equipment photographs, and access notes.
What we use it for
To schedule and perform service, issue estimates and invoices, take payment, honour warranties, answer enquiries, meet legal and accounting obligations, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
With vendors acting on our behalf: payment processing, email and SMS delivery, hosting and file storage, and analytics where you have consented. Each receives only what its function requires.
Retention
We retain job records, invoices, and warranty records for the period required by California tax and contractor law, then delete them under our retention policy.
Your California rights
You may request access to your information, its deletion, its correction, and opt out of sharing. We respond within 45 days. We verify your identity before acting.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends the Sec-GPC signal, we honour it automatically and disable non-essential tracking for that visit. You do not need to do anything else.
