Questions from commercial customers
How fast do you respond when commercial equipment goes down?
It depends on the agreement. Maintenance-agreement customers get priority and a written response window. Without an agreement we work in dispatch order and tell you the real arrival time rather than an optimistic one.
Do you work outside business hours?
Yes. Most commercial work happens before open or after close, because shutting a kitchen mid-service costs more than the repair does. The after-hours rate is stated before we dispatch, not after.
Is the paperwork suitable for a health inspection?
Yes. Every job closes with verified temperatures, the parts used, and a signature, on a document you can file for the inspector.
Do you offer net-30 terms?
For established commercial accounts, yes. Terms are agreed in writing before the first job and printed on every invoice.
