Commercial
Preventive maintenance agreements
A dirty condenser does not warn you before it takes the walk-in down on a Friday night. Scheduled maintenance turns an emergency into a calendar entry.
Quarterly
4 visits per year
Cafés, bakeries, and medium-volume kitchens.
Bi-monthly
6 visits per year
Full-service restaurants with critical refrigeration.
Monthly
12 visits per year
Hotels, industrial laundries, and 24-hour operations.
Pricing is quoted per site after an equipment walkthrough. We do not publish a figure we cannot stand behind without seeing the kitchen.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What happens if equipment fails between visits?
You get dispatch priority and a preferential rate. The emergency visit bills separately from the agreement, at the price agreed in writing up front.
Does the agreement cover parts?
The agreement covers scheduled maintenance labour and inspection. Parts and repairs are quoted separately, at a price you approve in writing before work starts, exactly like any other job.
Can I cancel?
Yes, with the notice stated in the contract. There is no penalty for cancelling at the end of a paid term.
